How do I choose the right harness size for my dog?

Measure around your dog’s chest (the widest part, just behind the front legs) and compare with our size chart. If your pup is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Are Gentle Wuff products adjustable?

Yes! Our harnesses and collars have multiple adjustment points for a snug, secure, and comfy fit as your dog grows or changes shape.
What materials are your products made from?

We use durable, eco-friendly materials — including recycled polyester webbing and hardware that’s built for daily walks, hikes, and coffee shop runs.
Can I wash my Gentle Wuff gear?

Absolutely. We recommend hand washing with mild soap and air drying to keep your gear looking fresh.
Will the colors fade?

Our fabrics are designed to be colorfast and weather-resistant, so your pup’s gear stays bold and bright — even after lots of adventures.
When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on its way.
Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the U.S., but we’re exploring international options soon — stay tuned!
What if my dog’s harness doesn’t fit?

No worries! We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Just reach out to help@gentlewuff.com.
What’s your return policy?

We accept returns of new or gently used items initiated within 30 days of your order date. Items must be clean, free of excessive dirt, pet hair, or damage. For more on returns, please see our Shipping & Return Policies.
